Our Story
HQM, is a family-run business, founded in 2017, by Yosh & Miyake.
The inspiration to kick-start this exciting venture came at the back of the sudden death of Yosh’s late father. In desperate need to comply with family cultural Ideologies, and given that his late father was a pillar in the community we needed to create extra space in order to accommodate close to 100 individuals, who were coming over to pay their respect. So, we eagerly needed to hire a marquee. Given that, there was a lack of marquee providers we were forced to pay excruciating prices for the marquee we hired across the two week period.

Therefore, Yosh soon became intrigued and immediately began researching the marquee business model and market. He later understood that there needed to be more options and better prices available for the consumer. This resulted in the creation of HQM.

Being that there is a sentimental attachment to the business our motivation isn’t driven by generating profits but instead delivering an outstanding service. Therefore, we strive to exert our energy towards providing a personalised client experience at affordable prices.
Although we currently hold a great reputation that has solely been built via word of mouth, were continuously developing our strategy to adapt to our clients changing needs, as we aim to maintain this level of client satisfaction.
